Taeyeon’s live rendition of Adele’s When We Were Young made the people of Berlin stop to listen and even moved them to tears. Those raw emotions on their faces were the most direct, genuine reactions she could get from the audience up-close when she tried street busking for the first time in a foreign western country for the filming of Begin Again 3. That’s the power of Taeyeon’s voice that knows no cultural, language and racial boundaries.
I wonder, what kind of thoughts and emotions she was having when she sang this song at that time to be able to deliver such emotional, touching piece into people’s hearts? 💜
